about

Between October 7th and November 1st, in my work as HR Referent, I had to experience a stressful time as 22 of our MSF colleagues were trapped in a very dangerous situation. . This period of over 3 weeks meant worries, fear of death and hopelessness for my colleagues. The certainty of my colleagues' situation also caused as well for me some stress and a depressed mood. Although I had been through tough situations during my time working abroad with MSF, I could not even imagine the difficulties my colleagues were going through.
On November 1, the situation improved significantly for my colleagues. I was also able to take a deep breath and the worries about my colleagues fell away from me.
I was exhausted and at the same time very moved and inspired by this stressful time. I felt that creating ambient drones as a form of self-awareness and reflection could be a healing and creative way to cope with the stress I experienced during those three weeks. I often use ambient drones to create a sense of calm and self-reflection.
The process of creating ambient drones is a personal and creative journey for me. It is an opportunity to connect with my inner self and find solace in the midst of stress. I wasn't afraid to experiment and let my feelings guide me. I embrace as well possible imperfection.
Maybe my music will support you in difficult times of life.

I also added a bonus track, an ambient drone track with almost 50 minutes duration, which I recorded in one-go live.

This Album is dedicated to the 22 MSF colleagues.
